For all orders without a rod the shipping within the U.S. is flat rate $3. And are shipped First Class Parcel – unless weight exceeds the limit then they are shipped Priority (such as when shipping heavy items like Fly Tying Vises.)
Orders which include rods are a flat rate of $9. All orders with rods are shipped via USPS Priority mail.
All payment is via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can check out with PayPal using your credit card without creating an account. Three Rivers Tenkara does not see or store any credit card information – that is all handled via PayPal.
Delivery times will of course vary depending on distance.
Typically orders shipped via First Class (orders without rods) will be 2 – 5 days.
Orders shipped via Priority (orders with rods) typically take between 1-3 days.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email which will contain a tracking number so that you can see the progress of your shipment.
Returns of Unused Merchandise (Damaged or otherwise)
I stand behind the products that I sell. If there is a defect upon arrival send the rod back and we will refund your money or replace the merchandise.
Returns for a refund will also be granted for undamaged and unused merchandise (if returned within 2 weeks of arrival and they are still unused and in “new” condition). All returns of unused rods (whether due to damage/defect or just for return) must be sent back to Three Rivers Tenkara within two weeks of arrival at your location. So please inspect shipments upon arrival.
Please contact Anthony at Three Rivers Tenkara (email@example.com) prior to sending back any merchandise for any reason in order to properly process the transaction.
All rods will be shipped with insurance and so damage occuring during shipping can also be resolved. If there is damage of a rod upon arrival due to shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of arrival in order to resolve the problem.
ONI Rods / Tenkara Tanuki Rods
ONI Rods and Tanuki rods do not have a warranty but replacement parts are available.

I do not stock Tanuki Replacement Parts. For Tanuki parts you can contact Luong Tam of Tanuki rods directly at email@example.com if Luong is for some reason unavailable I can often supply parts from a rod in stock.
Tenkara Times Rods
Tenkara Times rods come with an one year unconditional guarantee against manufacturer defects. Rod breakages, caused by general use, and user error, are not covered by the warranty. If a rod proves to have a manufacturing fault we will replace the damaged segment free of charge within that period. All you need to do is return the damaged rod to us for inspection to confirm the warranty claim.
